The 2021 Fall Harvest Festival will be October 9th in Historic Downtown Pendleton, SC. There will be great music and food and craft vendors. There will also be a Scarecrow Contest featuring scarecrows all through town with voting online until Saturday October 9th at 8 am and a voting booth at the Festival taking votes until 3 pm. Winners will be announced at 4 pm at the Festival.
