February 16, was our “official” birthday!  We are celebrating over 5 years in business as Dunlap Team Real Estate. In 2011, we started with just the two of us (Bill and Robin Dunlap) in a small office on the Square of Historic Pendleton.  We didn’t stay in that office very long because we outgrew it. We are still on the Square, but in a larger office. . . .  and it is pretty full.

What started out as a “small” office has now become an office with 11 agents and a full-time closing coordinator.  All of us have different backgrounds and interests, but we are truly one big happy family. We couldn’t have done without our TEAM!

Our goal is to be the NUMBER 1 real estate company around! Our agents cover almost all of the Upstate. We have agents who “specialize” in the Greenville area; in the Easley area; in the Clemson area; in the Pendleton/Anderson area; and in the Oconee County area.  We’ve gotcha covered.
